Tired Today! - Day 26 - Evening (3/3)

Bill continues to do well, but was pretty tired today. This is probably a combination of his low blood cell counts (which should begin rising again in the next week or two) and the exhausting experience at the eye doctor yesterday. Today he also started to run a slight fever again so they doctor proactively started him on an anti fungal in addition to the antibiotics he is currently taking. This is just to make sure that any fungus or bacteria in his body are being killed. The doctor reassured us that a fluctuating temperature is common in patients after chemo therapy, so he said Bill is doing fine and we should not be worried. All of this combined is probably what made Bill tired today. Hopefully he will get a good night's sleep tonight and feel rested again tomorrow. Please include Bill and our family in your prayers tonight and have a wonderful evening!
